About The Position

The Bartender prepares and serves beverages while creating memorable, welcoming experiences for hotel guests. The role includes mixing and garnishing drinks to recipe standards, maintaining bar supplies and product quality, processing payments accurately, responding professionally to guest concerns, and following applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make each guest’s experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards.
• Stock and organize beverages, glassware, and perishable supplies to support smooth service.
• Use the point-of-sale system to process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers accurately.
• Manage inventory and ensure beverage-related products are fresh and of good quality.
• Handle concerns involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while maintaining a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
