About The Position

Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated and caring Bartender to create an exceptional experience for Players in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment environment. The role combines beverage preparation and bar upkeep with friendly, energetic service, personalized recommendations and teamwork. Bartenders are expected to embody Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring while helping maintain a safe, clean and welcoming bar.

Requirements

Maintain a positive attitude and a collaborative, one-team mindset.
Be focused on providing an exceptional Player experience.
Be able to remain calm and effective in a popular, high-energy environment.
Have previous experience preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality or entertainment setting.
Meet the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment.
Maintain required responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
Be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, including bending, stooping and carrying.
Be able to stand and walk for most of the shift and perform varied active tasks in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Greet Players warmly, connect with them and create a welcoming bar experience.
Recommend and upsell signature cocktails, shareable food and game upgrades.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to established standards.
Keep the bar neat, clean, stocked and operating smoothly, including cleaning glassware.
Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver excellent service and make every Player feel valued.
Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the bar clean, safe and compliant.
Demonstrate Topgolf’s core values in interactions with Players and fellow Playmakers.
