About The Position

P.F. Chang’s is hiring full-time or part-time hourly Bartenders for restaurant dine-in food and beverage service at a new restaurant opening. Bartenders are core members of the scratch-kitchen restaurant team and provide individualized, exceptional guest experiences. The role includes preparing alcoholic beverages using P.F. Chang’s recipes, maintaining and restocking bar supplies, and working with the hospitality team to meet guests’ needs. Bartenders are also expected to understand the restaurant’s seating and service layout and follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

• Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Current Food Handler’s Card, or ability to obtain one where applicable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, teamwork environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating, meeting, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Prepare and execute P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Understand the restaurant seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food throughout the restaurant.
• Partner with other hospitality service team members to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s China Bistro specifications.
• Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service.
