Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to write short correspondence and routine reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Greet guests promptly, inform them of specials, provide menu and beverage tours, recommend items and drinks, and advise them of menu changes.
• Maintain working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, common drink recipes, and preparation methods.
