About The Position
Beecher’s at Paine Field, part of Sugar Mountain, is hiring a part-time Bartender. The role involves serving airport guests with wine, beer, and cocktails while consistently providing high-quality food and service. The starting hourly rate is $19.77, with expected average tips of $8–$10 per hour, for an average total hourly rate of $27.77–$29.77. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of bartending experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
- Passion for and creativity with craft cocktails.
- Proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
- Positive and professional approach to people and work.
- Ability to consistently provide excellent guest service and maintain composure during busy rushes.
- Must obtain a Washington State Food Handler’s Card and MAST permit.
- Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Ensure guests consistently receive the highest-quality food and service experience.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns and satisfy guests in various situations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked environment.
- Uphold cash-handling procedures and remain accountable for store funds while running a shift.
- Pour wine and beer and make cocktails for airport guests.
- Maintain proper product rotation.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
