About The Position

Prepare and provide beverage service in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, including preparing beverages for cocktail servers. Act as a cashier when settling beverage transactions. The role follows applicable liquor regulations, company procedures, and internal controls while providing excellent service to guests and internal clients. No supervisory responsibilities are assigned. The position has signatory ability for an assigned bank.

Requirements

One to two years of related experience.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be able to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment; noise is usually moderate but may increase in the casino environment.
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 lbs. intermittently.
Must have sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests courteously and in a friendly manner.
Recite the complete list of beverage selections.
Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control.
Enter and control orders through the register during each transaction, maintain accountability, and provide receipts for all beverages served.
Frequently check back with and entertain guests.
Prepare the bar for the next shift by replenishing fruit and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, including removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
Follow State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations for service to minors and intoxicated guests.
Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
Adhere to Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
