About The Position
The Bar Drafthouse in Hastings, MN, is looking for a part-time bartender who enjoys a lively dive bar, getting to know the regulars, and making new guests feel welcome. This is a drinks-focused bar with no kitchen or food service. If you can keep the beer cold, the drinks flowing, and the bar running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Pour beer, make cocktails, and serve other beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Welcome guests, get to know regulars, and help create a fun, comfortable atmosphere.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush.
- Handle orders and payments accurately.
- Stay organized and provide attentive service, including when you're working a solo shift.
