About The Position

The Bartender at O Bar delivers an elevated cocktail experience through expert preparation, polished presentation, and engaging guest service. The role combines technical skill with showmanship, ensuring guest interactions reflect the sophistication and energy of the casino environment. O Bar serves classic and signature cocktails, with a strong focus on martinis, alongside other spirits, wine, and beer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 to 3 years of high-volume experience required.
• Food Handlers and Bassett certifications required.
• Prior bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and martini service.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Casino or high-volume cocktail bar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, particularly martinis, according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Provide warm, attentive, personalized service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
• Engage guests professionally while managing a fast-paced bar environment.
• Process guest transactions accurately and comply with cash-handling and gaming regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with company policy and local laws.
• Keep the bar, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Stock, prepare, and rotate bar inventory to ensure readiness for service.
• Collaborate with bartenders, barbacks, and leadership to support smooth operations.
• Represent the casino and O Bar brand with style, poise, and professionalism.
