About The Position

At Caesars Republic Scottsdale, Wolf by Vanderpump, the Bartender delivers fast-paced, high-touch service in a high-volume rooftop environment. The role involves crafting cocktails with precision and flair, maintaining a stocked, prepared, and clean bar, and creating a stylish, energetic, guest-focused atmosphere. Bartenders work closely with servers, barbacks, and leadership to keep service flowing smoothly, engage guests in an elevated and natural manner, and accurately handle payment transactions. Additional duties may be assigned by management to support hotel operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Cocktail knowledge and bar etiquette.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confident, guest-first attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rooftop service hours.
