About The Position

The Magic Tree Pop Up Bar at Paragon Star Sports Complex in Lee's Summit, Missouri, is seeking friendly, energetic bartenders for a seasonal holiday role. Bartenders will serve seasonal cocktails and other beverages while helping create a welcoming and joyful guest experience in a fast-paced, festive environment. The seasonal work period runs November 26 through December 21, Thursdays through Sundays, from 2 PM to 11 PM, with potential for additional hours on select dates.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Positive attitude and a love for holiday festivities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions, as the bar is part of a pop-up venue.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve seasonal cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Check identification to verify customers' legal drinking age.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Handle card transactions accurately.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
