About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, subject to applicable state and local requirements.
• Be available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Be able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Be able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Be able to stand and bend continuously and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Follow Beef 'O' Brady's steps of service when taking and serving orders.
• Know the menu and answer guest questions.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to Beef 'O' Brady's recipes.
• Present guest checks and take payments.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep the bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
