As part of the esteemed AC Hotel brand, our property blends minimalist elegance with intuitive service in the heart of Silicon Valley. With thoughtfully designed spaces, curated amenities, and a passion for detail, our hotel is a haven for both business and leisure guests seeking a stay beyond the ordinary. We’re seeking Bartenders who take pride in craft, connection, and service—professionals who elevate the guest experience with expertly made cocktails, warm hospitality, and a polished, welcoming bar environment.
Requirements
- Have deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
- Are passionate about guest service and creating moments of connection
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Can lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Hold a current and valid license to serve alcohol in California (required)
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Bring prior bartending or hospitality experience in upscale or luxury environments
Responsibilities
- Curate exceptional cocktail and beverage experiences with precision and creativity
- Welcome guests warmly, offering recommendations and guiding them through our drink offerings
- Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with expert technique and consistency
- Deliver outstanding service while managing the bar and assisting guests in both bar and dining spaces
- Maintain a polished, well-stocked bar that invites conversation and elevates the guest journey
- Engage with guests, learning their preferences and creating a personalized experience
- Work collaboratively with front and back of house teams to ensure seamless service
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols
