TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection, is Silicon Valley’s only AAA Four Diamond Marriott property. Opened in 2022, it offers a refined, design-forward approach to hospitality, providing guests with an immersive, serene experience infused with the creative energy of the Valley. Located on a dynamic campus alongside AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park, it features 350 rooms, distinct culinary venues, artfully curated social spaces, and a reputation for elevating the guest journey. The hotel is seeking detail-driven, guest-focused Room Attendants passionate about creating pristine, welcoming spaces and contributing to a five-star experience.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active role
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation
• Clear communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and resetting guest rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards
• Making beds, replenishing linens, restocking amenities, and ensuring each space is immaculate
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
• Reporting maintenance issues and unusual room conditions promptly
• Handling guest requests with discretion, warmth, and urgency
• Maintaining professional appearance and a well-stocked, organized cart and supply area
• Supporting the broader housekeeping team and collaborating across departments for a seamless guest experience
