About The Position

As a Bartender/Mixologist, you’ll craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming hotel bar. The role involves engaging with guests, managing bar inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized bar environment. It is suited to someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and an interest in mixology. The position reports to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor. The schedule may vary and include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Have sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Have a warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.
• Have a combination of education and experience.
