About The Position

Roggenart, an authentic European Bakery, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join its team. The role is suited to friendly, motivated people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Baristas greet and assist customers, prepare and serve beverages, operate the register, maintain bakery displays and the front-of-house area, and collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Comfortable with basic math and using a POS system.

• Previous experience in customer service or food retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries.
• Prepare and serve beverages using an espresso machine.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
