About The Position
Roggenart, an authentic European Bakery, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to work as a Barista in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The role focuses on welcoming customers, answering questions and sharing product information, preparing and serving beverages, processing transactions, maintaining bakery displays and keeping the front-of-house area clean and inviting. Baristas collaborate with teammates to meet daily service and sales goals.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Comfortable with basic math and using a POS system.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service or food retail.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries.
- Prepare and serve beverages using an espresso machine.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Share information about current specials and seasonal offerings.
- Replenish and organize bakery items and displays.
- Keep the front-of-house area clean and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals.
