About The Position

Roggenart, an authentic European bakery, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join its front-of-house team. The role is suited to people who are friendly, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The Barista welcomes and assists customers, prepares and serves beverages using an espresso machine, handles transactions, maintains bakery displays and the front-of-house area, and works with teammates to meet daily service and sales goals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and professional appearance and conduct.
• Comfort with basic math and using a POS system.
• Availability to work weekends.

• Previous experience in customer service or food retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
