About The Position

Roggenart, an authentic European bakery, is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The role involves welcoming customers, providing product information, preparing and serving beverages, handling transactions, maintaining bakery displays, and keeping the front-of-house area clean and welcoming. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Comfortable with basic math and using a POS system.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or food retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries.
• Prepare and serve beverages using an espresso machine.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Share information about current specials and seasonal offerings.
• Replenish and organize bakery items and displays.
• Keep the front-of-house area clean and welcoming.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals.
