About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, make their visits meaningful, and prepare beverages and food to Starbucks standards or according to customer requests. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
