About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare beverages and food products to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
