About The Position

As a Barista, create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and customers have meaningful experiences. Engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized specifications, and perform a variety of store tasks while meeting operating standards. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
