About The Position
Haffner’s/Tradewinds is seeking a Convenience Store Associate to provide customers with a great shopping experience. The role involves maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels, following company policies and applicable laws for age-restricted sales, completing duties assigned by management, and helping maintain safe conditions. The company describes a positive work environment with training and advancement opportunities. The position is offered as full-time or part-time. The listed hourly pay range is $16.00–$21.00, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. A sign-on bonus of up to $300 is available.

Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales, including tobacco and alcohol.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Replenish stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Complete duties as assigned by management.
- Maintain safe conditions and follow procedures during inclement weather, property damage, or unforeseen emergencies.
- Report equipment or facility conditions that need repair or create a hazard to management.
