About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized instructions, and contribute to a positive experience during each shift. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a range of store tasks while following operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
