About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate important moments through jewelry and building lasting personal relationships.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
