About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates work toward individual and team sales goals.

The position is suited to people who enjoy helping customers celebrate important moments and who take a positive, customer-focused approach. Flexible availability is needed for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
