About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers and help make their day through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. Baristas prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer modifications, provide clear and pleasant service, handle cash, follow store safety and security standards, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
