About The Position

Sheetz is seeking a high-energy Store Team Member for a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. The role focuses on creating a positive customer experience through hospitality, customer service, food preparation, sales, and teamwork. Team Members prepare food and beverages to customer specifications, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and keep products stocked. The position offers opportunities to build skills across multiple facets of store operations and grow within Sheetz. An additional $1.50 per hour is offered for work between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to multitask and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Manage checkout transactions and monitor appropriate sales of restricted products.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
• Restock products throughout the store.
