About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming environment where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. Baristas are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, follow store policies and standards, and contribute to a positive customer experience. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
