About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. Through friendly service and attention to customers, you create meaningful moments in a fast-paced environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests, while following store operating policies and standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store policies and standards for cash handling, safety, and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
