About The Position
Jared Jewelers is hiring a Jewelry Specialist to join its Sales Team at Algonquin Commons in Algonquin, Illinois. Jared empowers jewelry consultants with training and resources to help customers celebrate life and express love. As a Jewelry Specialist, you provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and helping them explore service plans and financing options. You work toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits someone who enjoys helping customers celebrate important moments and building lasting relationships. The position requires flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.

- Base pay of $15.00–$20.50 plus sales commission; final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
