About The Position
The Barista creates a warm, welcoming space and meaningful customer moments while preparing coffee, beverages, and food. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, and providing clear and pleasant communication. Baristas follow recipes and store standards, handle cash, contribute to store safety and security, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
- Handle cash and follow store operating, safety, and security policies.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
