About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and personal interactions help customers feel connected. In a fast-paced store environment, you engage with customers, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and contribute to a positive experience during each shift. Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
