About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, food, and other beverages while engaging with customers and helping make each visit meaningful. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, responding to customer needs, preparing orders according to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
