About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience, helping customers connect through coffee and thoughtful service. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, communicating with customers to understand and respond to their needs, and performing a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, discover their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
