About The Position
As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You engage with customers, learn their needs, and help brighten their day through friendly service and attention to their preferences. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. You prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, handle cash, and follow store policies for quality, safety, and security. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
- Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
