About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience and helps make meaningful connections through coffee service. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding and responding to their needs, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks. No previous experience is required. Baristas must follow store operating standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security, and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
Follow store operating policies and standards for quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
