About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and help make their day through meaningful interactions. In a fast-paced store environment, you prepare coffee, beverages, and food to standard recipes or customize orders to meet customer requests. You may perform a variety of tasks during each shift while following store policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
