About The Position

The Barista creates a warm, welcoming customer experience by preparing quality beverages and food and engaging with customers. The role involves learning customer needs, communicating clearly and pleasantly, preparing standard or customized orders, and performing a variety of store tasks while meeting operating, cash-handling, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Create warm, welcoming customer interactions and help make meaningful moments for customers.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
