About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, and prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer preferences. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is willing to perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, welcoming customer experience through friendly and clear communication.
• Discover and respond to customer needs, including building relationships and remembering customer preferences.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
