About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks. Requirements

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substituted ingredients.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
