About The Position

As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where customers can connect over coffee. You help brighten customers’ days through friendly service, clear communication, and attention to their preferences. The role involves preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders, following store policies and standards, and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer-requested customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
