About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers an opportunity to brighten customers’ days. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer requests. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in working in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, and safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes and customize orders as requested.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
