Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization requests.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
