About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions spark connection. You prepare beverages and food, engage with customers, and contribute to a positive experience in a fast-paced store environment. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer-requested modifications.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
