About The Position

The Barista creates a warm and welcoming customer experience by preparing coffee, food, and other beverages while building meaningful connections with customers. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, engaging with customers to understand and respond to their needs, and preparing products according to standard recipes or customer customizations. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must follow store standards for product quality, cash handling, safety, and security. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
