About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. You make customers’ days through friendly service, engaging with people, and attending to their needs. The role involves working in a fast-paced store environment, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized instructions, handling cash, and maintaining store safety and operating standards. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
