About The Position
Baristas at NW COFFEE help ensure guests begin and end their experience positively. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, responding to guest concerns, and supporting fellow team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The employer is seeking friendly, outgoing, high-energy individuals for part-time and/or full-time schedules. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver boxes weighing 25 pounds when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give every guest a warm welcome.
- Answer telephone calls within three rings and gather orders.
- Make drinks on the menu.
- Communicate guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate.
- Help fellow team members when appropriate.
