About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee encourages connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized customer requests. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
