About The Position

Life Alive is seeking a Barista to provide outstanding customer service and create exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming café setting. The role supports the espresso beverage program and Front of House service while reflecting the company’s values and mission around food, sustainability, hospitality, wellness, and creativity.

Baristas prepare recipes according to standard procedures and work toward a ticket-time goal of six minutes or less. The position also involves greeting guests and delivery drivers, taking and accurately packaging orders, helping run food to tables, and keeping the dining room and café stations clean and well-stocked. Candidates should communicate guest needs and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.

The job requires reaching and grasping overhead, lifting and carrying items weighing 50 pounds or more, and standing for eight or more hours a day.
