About The Position

Life Alive is seeking a Barista for its Boston Seaport location to provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming café setting. The role supports the espresso beverage program and creates positive guest experiences while reflecting the company’s values and mission around food, sustainability, hospitality, wellness, and creativity. The team member works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, helping with guest service, food running, order handling, and café cleanliness.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet guests and delivery drivers.
Support the espresso beverage program.
Prepare recipes according to standard procedures.
Meet a ticket-time goal of six minutes or less.
Take orders and ensure order accuracy and packaging.
Assist with running food from the line to tables.
Maintain dining room cleanliness.
Keep café stations clean and well-stocked.
Communicate guest needs.
